Terms of use

These terms cover the Vivid Cloud Circle website, including the members' page. By using the site you agree to them. They're short, because we're a small group of friends, not a business.

About the site

The site is run by the organiser of Vivid Cloud Circle, an informal Vajrayana practice group in Stockholm. It's free to use. We share information about our gatherings, what we're reading, and resources we find helpful.

Events and information

We try to keep event times, places and other details correct, but plans change. Check the members' page or the group chat close to the day. Taking part in gatherings is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Meditation and practice can sometimes bring up strong feelings. If you have health concerns, talk to a professional and let one of us know what you need.

The members' area

Access to the members' page is personal. Please don't share your login, or forward links, recordings, notes or practice texts from the members' area to people outside the circle without asking first. Some practice texts are traditionally shared only with people who have received the relevant transmission, and we ask you to respect that.

We may remove someone's access if they leave the circle, or if it's needed to keep the group a safe and respectful space.

Respect

Treat other members and visitors with kindness, in person and online. Don't use the site or the group's channels for harassment, spam or selling things.

Content and links

The logo and the site's own text belong to Vivid Cloud Circle. Teachings, books and texts we mention belong to their authors and publishers, and we link to them rather than copy them. Links to other websites are offered as suggestions. We're not responsible for what those sites contain.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as Swedish law allows, Vivid Cloud Circle isn't liable for loss caused by using the site or relying on its information.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Swedish law applies.
